The Art Frieze, celebrating the harbour at Wells and its coastal environment. The frieze is contained in the now-redundant and refurbished tidal gauge shanty building at the quayside, Wells.
Frieze was commissioned by Robert Smith MBE, Harbour Master, Port of Wells Harbour Authority, Wells-next-the Sea.
